You just have to send them a ticket with as much information as you can. It isn't so hard :/

There are no steps, Sending the INFO mentioned above by support ticket might do the job. A better way is if you contact them by phone and explain ur issue with a bit of frustration. Gd luck

Click account. BTW: If you WERE to send a PM to a GM not only would they not respond to it, they would ban the account. According to Z8, account trading is NOT ALLOWED. When you send your ticket, do NOT say you were scammed etc. or they won't help you. There are tutorials on it. Cross Fire -> Technical Support -> Account Administration.
You got to convince them to change your stuff back. Go to technical support and send them as much info as you can to prove you are the original owner.
