For XP:
Mid_DIP = ( VTable[82] + 0x1D ); // DIP address
DIP_Jump = ( Mid_DIP + 0x5 ); // jump address

For 7 and Vista:
Mid_DIP = ( VTable[82] + 0x2D ); // DIP address
DIP_Jump = ( Mid_DIP + 0x7 ); // jump address
