cannot get a file version.txt

im noob 2 warrock
whenever i launch the game it says "cannot geta file [version.txt]"

my error.jpg

reinstall it and off your antivirus.

i tried but it is not working for me i got the same error
i disable my antivirus and add a exception in Windows firewall but still its not working..........................
Is there any solution for this???????????????????????????????

Something is preventing WR from accessing the internet (more specifically the update server). So check any firewalls (your AV or AV suite might have one too) and AV and make sure you've whitelisted and allowed WR everywhere.

I usually get this error, WR might be updating or w/e. So, you just wait a couple hours

Bro it works. off the antivirus and then re install it. if you are playing a warrock just off it. cause it block the server. if u open. there some files that are sensitive of AV

...the problem of that is the file "version.ini" in the warrock folder. perhaps it's gone!
try to copy from the other computers and put that on your warrock folder.
try to do so... ;-)

if problems occur again, try to copy and paste it again.

best to do is, reformat your pc.. for cleaning up..

...there's no need to do so if that's only the error.

Can u upload the file version.ini for me?
