There is no need for a sampler, just open the .exe
If nothing appears in the .rar download returned.

Can u put a config file so we can edit the settings just like master131 mw3 external hack?

When I try to open it it says that I am missing the d3d9.dll from the dynamic link library.
I'm using Win XP 86x

If you read the main post, you would know that this is for Win 7/Vista Only.

Why not Windows XP? I'm never changing from this, since some mmo games wouldn't finish patching. Compatibility issues pls

Let me ask you...
WHY THE HELL isn't this compatible with XP?
I mean, many people still use XP
If you force us to use vista/7 to use this, that's just dumb
