Too much fucking slowdown on my computer. Especially when I try to open a save dialogue or open dialogue. Is it because my hard drive is almost full?

Um, no. Your hd stores info from the edge of the platter, and moving inward. The outer edge has the highest transfer rates, slowing down as you move in. You hd should never be more than 2/3 full.
