When even learning C++, you should have the program that makes C++ programs, because you should learn and try stuff in C++ as you learn, too.

and on Microsoft do i need to do anything else on the vid u gave me, it's only about console applications is that the hack because when i usually download hack there in a j-zip and in side is a ddl

These video is teaching you C++. Ignore the console application or what ever. When you finish learning basic C++ through these videos, then you'll move onto crossfire coding, which then you'll understand pretty much how to do in no time.
