You need to be more specific here, do you have a ps3 slim with 3.60 firmware and a v4.21 spoofer or did you try to install CFW on 4.21 OFW

i have installed cfw v4.21
and no install Packages file on my game menu
how can i got install Packages file on my game menu and install pkg in to my ps3

Are you sure if it was CFW 4.21 as the only available firmware that can duplicate the results of CFW is Kiosk Firmware which places your PS3 into Demonstrative mode and renders is pretty much useless. It looks like you now have the Official 4.21 firmware installed.

Yeah. What you've downloaded is a fake.
You were trolled into thinking it's a CFW to drive traffic to that user's website, YouTube acc, etc.

As of right now there are no CFWs, just the Kiosk. Which, as Revive said, renders your system useless.

You can but you have to make sure your PS3 has a NOR Chip for the E3 flasher method.

You could have just posted your serial/model number but none the less your PS3 is compatible BUT Your model can only be downgraded to 3.60 firmware.

Unfortunately Not as there is no jailbreak available for 3.60, possibly from there you may be able to jailbreak further I am not certain of this.
