@Egghead1019 There is no 4.21 CFW, LOL. If you are talking about GlitchyJoey's one, that is a beta firmware. I heard it only lets you install signed pkgs, so basically it's useless in a way.
@OP: You would have to be on a firmware such as 3.55 in order to jailbreak. Jailbreaking is a really complicated process and involves a lot of basic + advanced knowledge, common sense, and time. What jailbreaking allows you to do is install .pkg files such as FTPs (File Transfer Protocols) and such. FTPs allow you to modify game patches such as COD patches and gives you the ability to host modded lobbies\challenge lobbies and shit.
It takes roughly about an hour or so if you are completely new to the concept, but it's worth the time. If you have already updated further than 3.55, you will need to downgrade. I'm sure you can downgrade with an E3 flasher I think. But, downgrading is another complete different and very complicated process.
If you urgently are desperate for a MW2 mod menu, then obtain an infectable mod menu. You would need to meet someone who hosts 1.13 patches if you don't know how to bypass and persuade them to give it to you. If you can't find anyone who hosts 1.13 lobbies, then you will most definitely need to bypass MW2's game patch by using Elitemossy's Patch Blocker or something along the lines. If you don't know how to bypass, then google it as I'm too tired to write it all out.
