would/could someone make a program that will search through the servers to find a specific user and return the server they are on?

I'm sure it's possible, but I doubt there's any practical way of doing it. What purpose would this even serve, anyway? You can message users across servers, so unless they don't want you to know where they are then you can easily get their location from them.

But with this you can tell if they are offline or if they are not responding because they don't see it.
If you want to be a stalker so bad then make it yourself.
