It gave me a black screen. Is it because of optifine?

Did you delete META-INF for optifine? Do you have modloader installed? You can just but the mod_aimbot.zip into your mods folder.

Add friends to ignore list from conf\mod_aimbot (Needs more testing, have to add before you start minecraft)
