what is hot spot shield?

Because without hotspot they couldn't not play due to restrictions

That's a good question. I don't see why they don't just play their own crossfire instead of ruining ours.

Some countries can not play CF in it

Some countries can not play CF in it as Jutie said and some of them think they will get lower ping ^^

They use proxy and proxy make the speed low so connection be bad
