why?!

my connection is good with hot spot but now i can play without hot spot with 80 ping

guys no about the connection
why are regions restricted? cuz ur are far away from server so they server wont connect with u easily
the hotspot shield changes ur ip to the region u want to join
so when the game detects ur ip it see ur ip is in the available region but the connection cant be solved unless a great connection like from a company or something
