You need to press the hotkey . The hotkeys for D3D menus are usually Insert , Delete or F12 . Try F3 , F4 , F5 ,F6 , F7 , F8 etc...

DC means Disconnected .

Which specific hack are you using?

No reply after 3 days. I'll assume this is solved.
