Why we only keep getting hacks with Chams and that stuff when are the fast knifes coming ? and the one hit kill knifes shoot trough wall walk through wall?

You have to wait until someone releases such a source code or until the pro coders return 
you are right maybe ohk is patchdd but shot through wall is not and walk through wall
Mostly patched..
OHK client error chance 100%
Walk through walls client error chance like 50% (maybe fully patched though)
and STW is patched for metal objects as far as I know..
