So...how does one rise in the School Popularity hierarchy?

If you're not born funny than you're fucked, probably. If you're not funny then you can just be social, striking up a conversation with someone probably usually never ends bad, people who don't have the courage to strike up a conversation usually end up not having a lot of friends.

The best way to infiltrate with them is to know one of them . Try to make a friend with one of them .
Don't act kind and like a pussy around them . If you successfully make a friend with one of them you're officially cool , so they will accept you .

If there are girls make fun of them . It works , because the popular kids like man with balls and that knows how to joke .

I'm born not funny and ugly. I try to be social but it still doesn't take away from the fact that I'm not aesthetically pleasing and unfunny.

my friends are semi-popular

they like to play football after school every once in a while, but I hate football cause I can't catch for my life
and another problem is that no one else from lives in my neighborhood
