it works but for some reason when im in the nexus the main part freezes up but on the map im still moveing pz help..

Wonderful client. However, after testing for 30 mins I see no major changes with the dev key "C" for the 100 ATT. It appears to be more of a client sided effect that alters the look of your stat. I tested this on numerous amounts of minions and I still hit the same amount/DPS with or without dev key.
