Unzip the mod selector .zip into a folder. Double click on rotmgModSelector.bat or rotmgModSelector_1.01.jar. If both those things don't work. Make sure your java is updated to the latest version. If you know you have the latest java install and are still having problems. Try this: http://www.mpgh.net/forum/599-realm-...ml#post6949198.
When the mod selector is open. Pick out the hacks you want and click build. It will take a second. When it is done, there will be a new .swf file in the folder of your mod selector with the name: AssembleeGameClient1352931128-mod.swf. That is the hacked client you run.

It helps in avoiding the phantom loot some people are experiencing by disabling the client's instructions for moving items before the server has a chance to confirm them. There is a bug with this hack on this build which in some cases the item position in never updated by the server. I recommend you leave it off unless you are having problems with phantom loot (i.e. nexusing and finding out that some of the loot in your inventory is no longer there).

You have to place it in the mods directory that lies inside your mod selector folder. If you open up the mods directory you should see a bunch of 5.0.0_blahblah.zip files. Just place it in there, there is no need to unzip it.
Make sure you have closed the mod selector at the time of placing the file in the folder and make sure that you have privileges to place the file in that folder. If you don't, you'll need admin access.
