Before you write anything you must abide to following rules:

So im selling Runescape private server + website creation service.Basically what i do is, i make private server and site exactly how you want it.Server will be 100% dupe and glitch free.I can dedicate minimal 6 hrs a day to make the server and site.Time to make server can take days to months depending how you want your server,making copy of RS (not EOC) takes longes,if its exact copy with all working quests and so on.While creating website i will also create donation panel etc if wanted.
Prices:
oldest version(2001-2003) = 200m a pop/75 usd
med version(2004-2009)= 300m/90 usd
latest versions with HD graphics + Full screen (2010-2011)= 500m to 4b depending what you want.200-4k
Starting wok after 70% payment is done
why should you pay 70% before i start working?
simple answer, im not gonna waste weeks/months of my life to make you a free server.
Cash payments must be GIFT on paypal.
NOT TAKING ANY GAME ACCOUNT,UNLESS MAXED MAIN IN RS WITH 120 DUNG AND OTHER STUFF.
