Try closing all background processes. After you've done this, when Crossfire is open, open up Task Manager and tick "Show processes from all users". After this, right click on crossfire.exe and click "Set Priority". Once this is complete, click "Low" and your ping may have lowered by around 10-20.

Try to restart your modern

modem* And your cause of high ping is probably because of your location. Which Crossfire version are you playing? If you're in Germany playing CF NA then your ping will obviously be high because of server distance, and if this is the case, then there is no way to lower it.

Im in canada and i have 60 Ping.

When I said "Germany" I was referring to the guy that started the thread.
