i found the problem -.-
the telekom (german provider) has problems with the internet so i have a bad ping and maybe it still the next weeks -.- fuuu

yeah its good,
but if you live in the USA you should have maybe a better ping in crossfire, because the servers are in the USA
or not?!
but 40-45 is enough
i have the same, if i have no problems with the internet ^^XD
