If I am permanently banned in the game, I'll never be able to play again?
My account on steam will be reset?
I'll have to buy the game again?

I'm really scared!

Yup you are perma banned. your not going to be able to play black ops 2 on that account ever again... If you want you could buy the game again, and make a new steam account.

What hack were using using?

No, the steam account is fine, it's just that you can't play BO2 on that account anymore, you can still play your other games with it and everything. If you want to play BO2, you will need to make a new account, and buy it there.
