Windows error on boot up?

Hey guys i just did a re install of windows 7 on my Dell laptop and now when i try to boot the pc i get a Boot Manager status code 0xc000000e any one here give me a tutorial on how to fix this it would be amazing!

I read something about it but it was written in bad English mind giving me a quick tutorial
