"Fail to read file : Version.ini"

I've now another error, it says :



But the problem is that I have the latest CF EU installed -_-


Please help me fixing this error

Move your ''version'' in your desktop . Copy&Paste this code :

then Save it , and move your version in your CF folder . Right click and press Properties then click ''Read only'' and apply . It will work.
