So people know what mistake we made was that we zipped the files from outside the folder and not from within. Make sure you zip the files from within the folder.
Have been trying to solve error by error slowly but now I'm stuck I got everything to work Except signing, When I open my bat file
Code:
 @EcHo off
hfssign UpToDateInfo.dat a.hfs
pause
I have both a hfs named "a" and UpToDateInfo dat aswell, though when I run it it just stops working.
hfssign.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. D:
The hfs file must be its original name in order to find the HfsData entry inside UpToDateInfo.dat.

I see... thanks
thx u maddog!
How to use:
Hfssign, UpToDateInfo.dat, and the .hfs file must all be in the same folder.
Navigate to the folder with the cmd and type "hfssign UpToDateInfo.dat (yourhfs).hfs"
EDIT: Figured it out, Took ownership of whole C:\ lol

Maybe not the best idea. Use it in cmd together with cd.
So how do you make an UpToDateInfo.dat for multiple .hfs files?

Take the one from the first file and use it for the second file.

That's what I thought how it works but I tried that and I'm still getting an error, error 37 or something. Guess I'm doing something wrong. Adding a text file to get pass the "make your hfs file larger" shouldn't have an effect right?

That error happens if you use the file from the first hfs for both. You have to take the file generated by the hfssign for the first file and use it as UpToDateInfo.dat for signing the second file.

Right, so I take the UpToDateInfo.dat.new that was generated for the first hfs and renamed to UpToDateInfo.dat, replacing the old. I then use this one for the 2nd hfs file. I believe that's what I did.
