Version .ini Fucking Problem

I Was Opening The Game But I Closed The Patcher At 100%
Afterwards I got the couldn't download version .ini problem. Tried to move the version file and update what's wrote in but it didn't work.. I re-Installed the game and i'm still getting the error

what should i do?

try to download the last game setup (the newest)

I fixed this with Spamming the Launcher still it dont work...
