About Banning
Sorry about this question, but my google-fu and searching-fu isn't up to par yet.
I was wondering what the term "restricted" meant for banning. Is it a perma ban or is it temporary? I've heard that restricted will still let you play other Nexon games except for Vindictus.
I'm asking this because a friend of mine made a silly mistake of forgetting to replace the original HFS files when he logged onto his main. He killed shakarr in one hit by accident and got banned immediately lol.
Oh and how useful is it to submit a ticket? I've seen some people get their's answered quickly and some others have waited like 2+ years.
I also want to know this for future reference. Willing to thank the most helpful reply XD!
