Would this be possible using the same method as gun adding?

Would it be possible to use the same method as gun adding to sell guns that normally can't be sold? Like if you have 2 mac10s, you could click the repair button and instead it would prompt you to sell? Assuming there is a code for selling that can be found with a memory scanner.

In Theory it would be possible, but i don't think it will work cause most important things are Serverside
