the voxel team has that mod for vanilla but idk what it is go check there website

such mod, if it exists, requires some serverside stuff to work anyway.

Zombe's cheat mod comes with this, though I think it only shows mob health than player health.

Some hacked clients have the option for "Enemy Health Bar". Just look around.
Too bad that Nodus does'nt hace it and some are not NC+ bypassed
Did Xenon have this hack ? Xenon is tooo big and i cant try all hacks
