Learning disability?
Okay my mate jason at school has this thing called "learning disability" and he cant study at all it took him at least 2 hours of study to pass a single "mini" test(it is a remember and write down test) which is bad, any tips for him? Please don't tell him to cheat in test....

He just said to me he can't remember studying things like after 5 seconds
Tell him to 'lax the crack. Whut, whut?
On a serious note, ask him if he's tried little songs or jingles. They can really help, depending on the subject matter. For math and science, I recommend trying to imagine a graph, diagram, or visualizing something- anything; learn to associate pictures with certain words. If he has got a serious problem though, tell him to get serious help. These things don't just go away in time.

My brother has a learning disability and when you have it their is nothing you can really do about it. Their is no real was to solve it, you just have to live with it
I suffer from ADHD and I know how much trouble this can cause, I can't really say anything other than try and visit the hospital for help.
If he wants that kind of help that is. If that's the case then he can get some medication that will help him focus.

If not, I can't really be much of help other than - Drink a lot of alcohol, smoke weed and listen to music while doing it.
But that's all personal, I'm auditive.

What OP said sounds nothing like ADHD.
I don't think any of that could be helpful to him.
It was in relation to. Doesn't need to have it to benefit from the green.
Well probbaly this doesn't make sense but if you wan't to just ask him study in the sun. He'll probbaly remember more. And listen to music.
