PLS HELP !!!!

Hey Guys does someone know why i cant join on my europe channel anymore?.... after a crash the stand "its not your location" ... why? how to fix it? PLS HELP !!!! But i am from europe -.- and i played there about 1 year ....

Leute kann mir bitte jemand helfen, ich kann nicht mehr auf den europäischen Server joinen. Nach einem crash komm ich nicht mehr rauf. Kann mir jemand helfen was ich da machn kann?.... ich bin aus europa und spiele dort drauf schon über jahr .... !! BITTE UM HILFE
