Overclocking CPU

I know this have not got anything to do with dayZ (though I cant play it) but... I have recently overclocked my CPU... I regret that truly. Now every game I open will crash. I have read about on how to disable this overclocking but It didnt help me much. I thought if any kind soul would help me out on either teamviewer or screenshare through skype it would be so damn lovely.

Please... Just tell me if I need to share more :S

Im soon going to do something with my motherboard. We didnt have time for it yesterday :/

Update! I pulled out a battery located in the motherboard so it would reset my BIOS. After that i just reinstalled Windows 7 and right now everything is working
