edit: of the code...
ok it is working now but with new project i do not know why not working with my existing one

is there any other code like the one that adding 0 at the end
Dim aString as string = "123456789101112131415"

type in..

aString. (see the period!)
and INTELLI-SENSE will show you a list of *all* available functions for the string class.

*tip. Click the Common|All tab on the intellisense pop-up window, to only see *some* of the functions.

aString.

.StartsWith( )
.EndsWith( )
.Replace( )
.IndexOf( )
.SubString

Are the ones I use commonly.

Look at the list of available functions...most of them have obvious names.

*NOT only for "string" variables: every object has this list of functions from Intellisense.
-even custom made classes ; )

I think there is a string function for this... I found it when writing a "pad left w/ 0's" function for my assembler project.

.PadLeft(mazSize, "0") '// '0' is the char to be added on, maxsize = max string length
.PadRight(maxSize, "0")

Probably the same efficiency. : )
Yea i thought it would have something simple for it.
Didn't know what it was though.
Thanks for correcting me, i'll remember to use this for next time.
