Hmmm... All of the above work pretty good, get younger and weed were pretty good. Just get acupuncture or see a neurologist, it could be a spine problem.

I usually just crack my back, but when that doesnt work i lay down and put something high at the spot its hurting, and force me back down on it.
Smoke some weed then try doing some stretches you were afraid to do with shitty back, you won't feel shit and you'll be able to get that stretch in.
