it means what it says. most times you have something preventing X-trap acess.

Go to C:/Windows/System32/Drivers/Etc./ and delete the host files in it(everything in it). Turn off your antivirus and firewall if you have it. Run Patcher.exe as administer after and see if it works.

BTW CF servers are lagging/offline right now. Maybe this issue is related to that.
