help me please.

my xtrap doesnt work..it doesnt download..in cff folder xtrap its empty,,,,i have 3 months without playing ,please help me..i reinstalled crossfire hundred of times,,deleted hundred of times...dissabled my antivirus,,but nothing please help me.....it say that xtrap is unstable ,what to do ?

try to delete all files of xtrap not only in crossfire folder or just reinstall windows
