HelpGrenade "Hmmph" Sound?

Im looking for the sound your character makes when you pull the pin off a grenade, ive looked through a ton of sound files and checked the sounds but cant seem to find it

Im looking for the "Hmmph" sound. (like if your picking up a heavy box)

If anyone knows the location i would be grateful if you told!

if you have any source game like counter strike, left 4 dead 1 or 2, half life 2
try to look in their sound libraries, usually the have good ones
