Help? Upload error!

Whenever I try attaching a file/adding an attachment to my mpgh post, it loads for about 3 minutes, then it says upload failed. It's 2.14 mb, and I'm adding it from my desktop. HELP!

Your internet but be really slow. Either that or just try restarting your comp.
