It looks alright, the background is eye candy for about 5 seconds though, before i realise thats it, and theres no real interesting detail. The text needs to be removed, or shortened to something else, it just gets in the way of the whole sig and is making it look ugly. I think if you possible blur, in the middle of all the rays, this piece could have some great depth added to it. The render could do with some sharpening up in my opinion. The lighting is alright, but theres no real contrast in the piece, it all looks quite monotone. You need to get some darkness in their or something, or a different colour for some contrast. The render also isn't blended in as nicely as it should be, but it isn't too bad. Just play around with some adjustment layers to get it what you want.
Good job, but needs some major tweaking.
