Yah it works for CA but if you dont set it right it will throw your aim off and be gay xD

Would you care to elaborate on how to "set it right"?
Because I'm pretty sure I followed his instructions exactly and I was unable to get it to do anything.

Maybe so, but we've already stated that it works outside of CA.

If someone gets this to work in CA, then these people will be happy.
