ok,installed win7 64 bit,now trying to start NBA 2K13,i get a xinput.dll error??! all drivers and everything is up to date
Did anyone stop to think that maybe his computer isn't even specced to play games?

I managed to somehow install nba 2k13.I get a xinput.dll error and I cant install other games now

Usually with torrent downloads there is a DirectX install within the games installation files, look for that one.
The reason each game requires a separate install of DirectX is they use different .DLL files.

I don't think you understand. Even an incorrect disk drive and associated driver may not be able to run a dual layer disk and prevent a CD installation from being completed. There are plenty of hardware issues and associated software issues that can prevent an installation from running or completing. Hell he might have installed incorrect drivers and you guys wouldn't know because you don't even know what he needs drivers for.
