It shows up in Barracks (as long as you're not Master Prestige).

I could test it a little more - I'll have a think about that; I have a Steelbook edition + DLC, so I really don't want to muck around too much.
I've added you on Skype, so I can talk to you about it more extensively there.

I've done a little C#, but that was quite some time ago and I never really got into it. I could take a look though.

Well..this just writes value from textbox to XP address.
Nothing special, nothing else.

=> It doesn't bypass checks and other stuff...

I have some ideas as to what could be wrong, but I'm not sure - I'm no C# dev. after all.
