Why is Vayne OP?

Okay, I'm Diamond, so I'm not looking for low-level discussion on this. I've seen recently over the past month or so that she has become first pick/ban worthy. Why is this? And why isn't Twitch worthy of this status?

Pros

The best ADC duelist in the game
Situational CC/Self-peel
Good chasing gap closer
% max health true damage
Snowballs if the enemy jungler doesn't slow it down

Cons

Extremely easy to chase as her passive is entirely turned off when she is running away
Her range is pitiful and forces her to get in and close to the fight
Single target damage only, none of her spells whatsoever can target multiple people
Extremely easy to shut down as her early game is extremely bad
I'm sure there are more, this is just off the top of my head

I love Twitch's Spray and Pray. Hit from afar. Kogmaw is good as well, but I don't see many ADC Kogs, like he can reduce armor and MR, deal %Health every hit with increased range, has a slow, ult can check bushes or poke from afar.

Mobility + synergy with blade. Blade is so powerful on vayne, without it she wouldn't be near as OP

Build that on Twitch and watch what happens. Besides, BotRK has received a nerf on its slow and is received another on its CD soon. On top of that, Vayne's ult received a sizable CD nerf.

In my opinion Twitch and Vayne are the best adc's in the game.

Twitch can be quite tricky though If the enemy team knows how to counter twitch.

Yes but like all adc's if you keep your distance then gg.

If you can get past laning phase, she's hella strong in the right hands.

Of course she is. I've mained her since she came out. But I feel she's outclassed by Twitch and I'm confused as to why she's perma banned in lower elos.

Unfortunately, I'm only Gold, seeing that, I always pick Vayne into practically anyone. I know it's super risky, but people just seem to love to hug walls against me. Condemn for days.

In my opinion Vayne is strong because of her W and her ulti. The other 2 doesn't really matter as much as the 2 abilities. Her stealth makes her 1v1 unbelievably strong. She's almost one of the few champs that can do damage with no items literally. But she is easily countered in lane. She can still trade better than any ADC can but she'll miss out on CS.

But OP is used wrongly. If you had to use OP it has to be a champion with almost no counters. I would say only a few champs could even be close to the "OP" point. Swain is an example.

Swain isn't OP. Anything with a gap closer would do a good number. That or any champ that applies Grievous Wounds. Back to Vayne, she cannot do damage without items. It just doesn't happen. That goes for every AD Carry. They do not scale whatsoever without items. That's just how they are. Her W is a tank shredder, but without attack speed, you're not using that skill much at all. She can't trade early at all; Twitch trades extremely well early because of Expunge's damage. Miss Fortune trades well early as well. Vayne doesn't, though. She needs items and she needs to scale and she's extremely vulnerable before she hits level 6.

Do this. Level 18. ADC fight with no items or ability. Lets see who does the most damage without touching the keyboard. Have them auto attack each other and lets see who wins. Exactly. Vayne beats all. The W damage is just unbelievably strong.

And she can't trade? You can apply Silver bolts in 1 second. Auto attack, Q when the auto attack is coming out, and E. Instant silver bolt damage.

Tristana has grevious wounds and a gap closer. Must be op!
