I want the same style of this forum (nearly)

For free? LOL vbulletin 250$ + Host and Domain Name around 100$

You need minimum 300$, Vbulletin is not free, maybe you can use MyBB,PhpBB,SMF.. etc.

Host and Domain are cheap as chips.
You upgrade your hosting over time depending on your member base, and Web Traffic.
A Domain is - $12 Hosting can be as cheap as $2 a month(Buy a $10 - $20 ) Web-hosting though

Xenforo. 140$ excluding tax & other. 177$ with tax
