Read the OP again. You can configure which prop it'll spawn using the console. By default it's the stove.

If you have the path to the model yes. I don't see the point in throwing around a tiny money prop however.
Just use it like you would use the "gm_spawn <path to model>" console command, it uses that anyway.

use "lenny_weapon_lagcomp <time in seconds>" to add a lag compensation. This depends on your ping.

It's lua file, not an executable.
Also the source code is right there you can make sure yourself that nothing bad is being run.
If you are still concerned about your security you can scan the file yourself on the various virus scan sites before running it in your game.
