PS3 Error (PSN Login Error)

When i'm trying to login, On my PS3, I get an PSN error (80710092).
I've googled on that and I've seen many solutions but nothing worked.
I've turned off the PS3 and my router and then i tourned them back on but, Nothing helped.
I've checked my Internet on the PS3. Everything was correct (IP, DNS, etc) and it works perfectly fine on my computer and Ipad.

Is this a problem for everybody or just me?
Cuz my friends say that everything works for them

Plz, If you have any solutions comment below.

-Cannot connect to the interent or PlayStation Network. This may be caused by scheduled maintenance or issues with your internet connection

Be patient. Wait a couple of hours.
