Royce as minion. Well this section is officially dead. Idk who @Gio is but welcome anyway!

Just a few things to clarify.
1. No idea why Symmetrical was added as that was not something I suggested, he probably like Glue, simply requested the section to be added to his duties.
2. After over a year of begging for a chance, and during the past few months of actually dedicating himself to a section, while mostly staying out of trouble, I had run out of rational excuses to not give Royce a chance to prove his worth. He seems to like this section and has thrown himself at it. So I felt it was a good test run.
3. Donations mean absolutely nothing when it comes to staff. It is completely unrelated and has less than zero effect on our decisions. Also Royce technically should not even have it, since the person who donated for him asked for it to be removed. However due to policies we do not do this. Once its assigned donors are non-transferable. So I resent any dumbass comments about how its donation related or special treatment. If anything is the total opposite, no one has been told 'No' as many times as Royce has.
4. You might be the most uber coder ever. You do not meet requirements you are not a viable candidate. Those requirements are there for a reason. Activity is also a big issue, if you don't login in over 34 hours don't expect to get staff. Popularity in the section, also means diddly squat to me. If anything is a put off, because they, more than most, will then hesitate to enforce rules on their 'buddies'.
Last thing I will say, everyone knows I've disliked Royce severely for a long time. He was annoying, whiny, and very frustrating. However personal reasons should not affect who has earned a chance at being staff. Thus we've arrived here. I will let him have his chance, and see how it works out, and most of you would do well to let him try before chastising him for no damn reason.
