What does this mean?

I'm cracking accounts with "Rare" in the names..

Some items contain the (Rare) tag behind the name. This is because it was a special version of that item.

it says warrior rare because thats a perma rare version of the class
the only diffrence really is the design is the original whereas the newer one replaced it

A while back AQWorlds had a major update of the game so the default classes like Warrior, Rouge, Healer and Mage were changed. Basically there's 2 versions of Warrior, one being from the old version of the game with a different design and another being the new version from the updated game. Also post in help/request for future questions.

What does this mean?
