Help Please

I was trying to download something earlier and I put it into a winar folder and I can seem to run it?

What do I do?

it was an account cracker.

uhm... I think my suggestion of taking a knife, sticking it to your computer and hitting your head against it is too easy.
EXTRACT the zip/rar whatever it is. Run the program. .-.
DONE!
If it doesnt work, when you zipped/rarred the folders/files you mightve missed one or 2 so the program cannot launch without them.
