I always thought that searching for info of the enemy team is better for me. but in the end it doesn't.
because i do have a high mmr, i am matched against gold 3 - gold1 ( i am silver 3. ) I always have lane pressure due to the facts that they are higher tier than me and lose game easily.
After i stop checking, i got a better win rate.
TL;DR : dont check on enemy team.
Yeah I find this as well. Knowing your enemy team well can be good and all, but it can get very distracting and will affect performance if (for example) the enemy team turns out to be much better than yours; it demoralises you.
