[INFO/REQUEST] Texture edits?

Hi all,i've finally got my hands on BF4,however i've noticed two issues that really bother me:
1) Some of the enviroment effects really screw up the view (like snow effects,sometimes they even completely shut down my view).
2) Identifying enemies: I had the same issue with blacklight:retribution and CoD,i have issues,between all the blurs and effects,to even notice an enemy. Just 20-30 minutes ago i walked straight past one (In closed conditions,with different background color than the enemy) and i didn't even see him .__.

Since i heard PB does screens and i would end up banned with any texture hack (which aren't even released O.o) i am not asking for one.
I'm just wondering if editing the textures so that the enemies are more visible/the effects less visible would get me banned (It didn't neither for CoD or BL:R).
And if it won't,would someone be sooo kind to release a texture pack for this purpose? It'd take very little time if knowing how to do the stuff and many should enjoy it.

Like: Snow/Dust effects are pretty much invisible (just lower visibility) And the model textures are recolored to full color.

Because in a hacking forum i except a good knowledge about how the ban system adopted by DICE for BF4 works...and sure a hacking community will be able to review over the case in a more correct way.

As what i'm wishing to do is grey area,the support will never freely allow me to,as then that answer will be taken as example by everyone else.
And the official forum is full of crap really,90% of them are whiners and the whole of them wouldn't know a right answer.

So that's why. In a few key points:
1) A hacking community can review me bf4's anticheat and ban system better than the support or the official forum.
2) A hacking community sure knows what can and what can't be done,allowing for better feedback.
3) A hacking community might be able to release such a thing too in case it can be done without being banned.

The texture is perfectly fine,it's just an issue related to my eyes: If two object of similiar color are moving i have much more trouble than others to actually see it.
Just today i walked past a strafing(i suppose) guy,in a closed enviroment,about 10-20m distance.

And,let's be serious,if it actually ends up that there's no risk of getting banned for changing the textures...having the opponents full purple...dayum it'd sure help.
(Or changing the snow/dust effects to transparent,hurr durr)

Does it mean they'd allow someone to edit the game files just cause he/she says to have troubles with the textures?

I really doubt that.

And still,what i'm interested about is how they'd catch up someone with different textures: File checks? Screenshots?

What do you mean? O.o
If you mean about "textures" instead of "texture": One texture, more textures.

But yeah,reducing the blur to zero and lowering any effect i could while also turning off antialias helps alot.

Still,i'm amazed seeing the lack of cheats/hacks for this game :O

If its the same for other games, its probably your graphics card. I'd suggest cleaning it at the very least or making sure it isnt loose.

If someone does come out with said hack. Just make another account and use that to see if you would get banned... No sense wasting your best account.

It would be useful if soemone made one and then using faulty accounts to test them... so please release one...
